Classes
Prenatal/Labour preparation classes: Cost- $120/couple
One 3 hour class which is usually attended with a partner, friend or relative, usually on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon or a weekday evening.
This class covers: physical changes in pregnancy, warning signs in late pregnancy, comfort (non-pharmacologic) measures for labour, common labour variations and medical assistance and interventions.

- Wednesday, August 6th – 6:30-9:30 pm

- Sunday, October 5th – 2 to 5 pm
- Saturday, November 1st – 2 to 5 pm
- Wednesday, December 3rd – 6:30-9:30 pm
- Saturday, December 13th- 2 to 5 pm
Breastfeeding/baby care classes: Cost- $75/couple
One two hour class which can complement the prenatal class or be attended by itself for those who have a scheduled C/S birth or do not wish to attend the prenatal class. Usually held on a Friday evening.
This class covers preparation for breastfeeding success, what to expect with breastfeeding, newborn appearance and procedures, infant care and safety.
